Golden Bridge - Ceske Budejovice

Already at the founding of the town there was a wooden bridge at this site. The merchants from Austrian lands used to cross it to come into the town. That is why the bridge became known as "Golden", sometimes "Linz" or "Krumlov". The first iron bridge dated back to 1881. The bridge over Malse in its present form was built in 1915.
