The Baroque town hall of Ceske Budejovice
The most striking building on the square of Premysl Otakar II. is the Baroque town hall, built between 1727 and 1730, at the site of the older Renaissance town hall. Its façade is richly decorated and on the attic there are statues of the four nobleman virtues: Wisdom, Prudence, Courage and Justice.
