Castle Nový Hrad, Jimlín

The castle was indeed once a castle but over the centuries it was rebuilt into a chateau. We even know the exact date of its foundation 02.05.1465! It is one of the youngest castles in Bohemia, which had many different owners throughout the centuries. Its fate was sunlit and prosperous as well as black as the darkest night. The castle offers several tours and good food at the tavern.
