House u Slona

One of the most famous house signs of Pisek is placed on the facade of the house opposite the old bridge. The house used to be a pub and the Conscripter , who used to live here, was in charge of the Prague Gate nearby. The house has a classicistic origin and is partly built into the former castle trench.
